Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Sales Executive (Hindi Speaking) to join our onsite team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, explaining products and services effectively, and converting leads into customers. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle rejection positively. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, with basic English required; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualification :

Graduate (any stream)

Language :

Fluent Hindi (mandatory); basic English knowledge; Tamil is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and close sales targets
Maintain call records and update customer details
Follow up with interested customers

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge
